Job Title: Sales Director - US Market

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Growth & Business Development:
    • Develop and execute strategies to achieve high-revenue sales targets in the US market.
    • Drive business development efforts to generate new leads and long-term partnerships.
    • Leverage personal industry connections to bring in business within 3-6 months.
    • Maintain a proven track record of hitting and exceeding high-revenue targets consistently.
  • Sales Leadership & Process Implementation:
    • Build the entire sales operation from scratch, including defining sales processes and best practices.
    • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performance Inside sales team.
    • Implement structured sales workflows from lead generation to deal closure.
    • Develop sales playbooks and strategies for sustainable growth.
  • Inside Sales & Lead Generation:
    • Closely work with the Inside Sales team to align outreach strategies.
    • Set up a structured cold email and cold call process to drive pipeline growth.
    • Optimize lead generation techniques to convert prospects into long-term clients.
  • Market Expansion & Strategic Partnerships:
    • Identify and tap into key market segments, trends, and growth opportunities.
    • Build strategic alliances with publishers, agencies, and ad tech companies.
    • Position Adscholars as a trusted partner for AdOps outsourcing in the US market.
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
    • Foster strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive retention and expansion.
    • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client pain points and delivering tailored outsourcing solutions.
    • Lead negotiations and contract discussions, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
  • Sales Performance & Reporting:
    • Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline health.
    • Collaborate with leadership to develop strategic initiatives for long-term success.
    • Adapt strategies based on market insights and performance metrics.
  • Industry Networking & Events:
    • Travel across the USA to attend AdTech, BPO, and industry events.
    • Represent Adscholars at key conferences to procure leads and build strong connections.
    • Leverage event participation to identify sales opportunities and expand the client base.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (10+ years) in BPO and AdOps outsourcing sales, preferably within the US market.
  • Track record of consistently hitting and exceeding high-revenue targets.
  • Strong industry network with the ability to bring in business within 3-6 months.
  • Highly motivated by sales-driven incentives and revenue-based growth.
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Experience in building sales teams and driving business from the ground up.
  • Hands-on experience in setting up cold email and cold calling processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to work remotely and travel as needed within the US.
  • Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and industry trends.
