We are looking for a Campaign Manager – Programmatic who will be responsible for the end-to-end execution and optimization of programmatic campaigns across DSPs and SSPs.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Optimization
Plan, launch, and manage programmatic campaigns across platforms such as DV360 and The Trade Desk.
Monitor campaign performance, pacing, and budgets while optimizing for key metrics such as CPV, VTR, CTR, and CPM.
Ensure campaigns deliver against performance and delivery targets.
PMP & Deal Management
Build and manage Private Marketplace (PMP) and Programmatic Guaranteed (PG) deals across SSPs.
Configure deal IDs, floor prices, targeting, and buyer seat mappings.
Work closely with supply partners to ensure deal delivery and troubleshoot issues.
SSP Platform Management
Hands-on experience working with major SSP platforms such as:
PubMatic
Magnite
Index Exchange
OpenX
Responsibilities include deal setup, monitoring win rates, and resolving delivery issues.
Cross-Channel Media Experience
Experience executing campaigns across:
Programmatic Display & Video
Connected TV (CTV)
YouTube Advertising (Google Ads / DV360)
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Troubleshooting & Optimization
Identify and resolve campaign delivery issues such as targeting constraints, floor price conflicts, or bid pressure.
Analyze performance data and make optimization decisions to improve campaign outcomes.
Reporting & Analytics
Track and analyze campaign performance using delivery and performance metrics.
Build campaign reports and dashboards using Excel, Google Sheets, or Looker Studio.
Provide insights and performance updates to internal teams and clients.
Required Skills & Experience
4–7 years of hands-on programmatic advertising experience
Strong experience with DV360 and The Trade Desk
Experience managing PMP and Programmatic Guaranteed deals
Knowledge of programmatic auction mechanics and supply path optimization
Strong analytical skills with Excel / Google Sheets
Experience in campaign troubleshooting and performance optimization
Preferred Skills
Experience with Digital Audio or Programmatic DOOH
Exposure to Search campaigns in Google Ads
Experience using Looker Studio or other BI tools
